Horizon is not a new theme so much as a new way of building them — blocks nested inside blocks, up to eight levels, which moves a lot of layout work out of code and into the editor.

Volume discounts sell more of one thing. Bundles sell a different combination of things. Which works depends on whether your customer wants two, or wants a set.

Product pages rarely fail because of their title tags. They fail because the data is thin, the specifications are in an image, and nothing links to them.

The stock that runs out during BFCM is rarely the product you promoted. It is the free gift, the bundle component, and the variant nobody was watching.

Every COD app lists the same features. The one that matters is which cause of RTO it actually addresses, because verification and commitment are different problems.

BFCM video fails for two reasons — it gets made too late to test, and it lands on the pages you can least afford to slow down. Both are avoidable in October.

Most product page advice is a list of elements to add. The better question is which doubt each element resolves, and what to remove because it resolves nothing.

A customer who has paid something has made a decision. A customer who has paid nothing has taken an option. The gap between those two behaviours at the door is large.
